The SAP Process: Step-by-Step

Treatment/Education Recommendation: We provide a tailored plan for education or treatment as required by DOT regulations.
Monitoring & Progress: We maintain communication with your treatment provider to track your successful completion.
Follow-Up Evaluation: A final clinical assessment to determine if you have successfully complied with the recommendations and are eligible for a return-to-duty test.
Reporting: We provide the official SAP reports to your employer or Designated Employer Representative (DER) and update the FMCSA Clearinghouse as required.
