Self-Pay Rates & Out-of-Network
If we are not in-network with your provider, we offer the following competitive self-pay rates:
- Initial Clinical Intake: $210
- Standard Therapy Session: $180
- DOT SAP Evaluations: [Your Flat Fee] (Note: SAP evaluations are typically not covered by insurance)
Verify Your Benefits: We recommend all clients contact their insurance provider to confirm mental health coverage, deductibles, and co-pays prior to the first session.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
Ensure your health care provider gives you a GFE in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service.
You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a GFE before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill.
